Many of my designs are a sort of meditative process in which I allow a certain energy related to the piece flow through me and into the piece. Many of my design pieces are created with an intention and focus on bringing healing energy into manifestation in the physical. Some are created with an intention of aiding others in coming back into attunement with the natural world in a manner in which it can easily find it's place in the modern world.
Modern home decor sometimes lacks connection with the natural world into which we have been born. I endeavor to create unique design work that can be used as accent pieces within contemporary home settings (or any setting one wishes) which will increase appreciation for the natural world which depends upon us as we depend upon it for survival, and even to thrive.
This piece, entitled Avian Fleur, or Birds and Blooms is an expression of remembering an ancient time, (roots) celebrating love of nature (rose petals, leaves) and the tones that birds bring into this reality through their songs. The sounds of the birds singing help to clear the vibrational field of the planet of static and less appealing vibrations. (The center 'vortex' of this design is created by overlapping bright, colorful birds.)
