RE: Continuous Line Drawing Tutorial & Contest- 6 SBD Prize Pool!
Here's what I've got. The left is my free sketch version and on the right I used the continuous line technique as you described in your last post.
☺
Beautiful work and attention to details! The blue color really adds to her elegance. Her neck and decolte are simple, but very nicely done in both. It's really cool that you picked the hardest reference from the list for this method. Portraits are really hard with continuous line, but you did it great. Her features ar slightly different in the right one, but proportions are spot on and recognizable. You have really awesome control of the crayons, the hardest medium for me.
If you make a post I'd love to resteem it! :D
Thank you very much for participating! ^-^
Thank you for your feedback, and for putting on the contest. Your tutorials and contests are always top quality. Portraits are a fun challenge! The line drawing portrait made me lol when it was done. I agree she's recognizable, but not quite on the mark proportionately (that neck is craning so hard!)
Thank you for the resteem offer, I appreciate it. I'm going to sit this one out, but soon I'm going to join another contest. It's been a minute. ☺
Thank you :D Sadly it seems it turned out a bit too diffucult or just too little people around on Steemit these days so barely any entries.
I agree the results of this drawing method can be really fun and unecpected :D
Good luck on your next contest! ^^
