"I will understand you when I get there", 2016, 20" x 24", Acryllic/collage on canvas

This painting is about knowing we will understand the times we are going through in the future, but don't now, in the same way we understand our complex past, but didn't then. I cut out images from 1930s and 1940s National Geographics and and integrated them in an original acrylic painting.
