ART IS A REPRESENTATION
I personally think this art represents a major attitude that Filipinos tend to deal with ease. Not knowing how this could influence greatly on everyday life, this attitude slowly corrupts from the huge decisions down to the tiniest possible way. Life should be lived efficiently, with that being said number shouldn’t only justify the standards but the quality in itself.
Filipinos tend to be blinded easily by thought of having a new way, even if how absurd this new way is we just basically close our eyes thinking all is well. What I see with this current era of Filipinos is that they are so much like a pond in an equilibrium state, they tend to think that they are so much stable that they forgot even a tiniest ripple could disrupt them and yet they still blind themselves up with it. Now the problem with that is when you add a strong surge of change they still think that they are so much stable where in fact the entire nation is already so much disrupted.
That is why I could see Filipinos with this art because though it is not directly being affected in neither materialistic point of view nor the political point of view, but in everyday life on how they construct such reasoning. Being blinded by the amount regardless the effect should not carried as a way of living.
