Further, Otto creates the company "Parker Industries" and finds himself a new girl, while programming spiders. After that, Otto, blackmailing Jay John Jameson, creates the Spider Island v2.0, in which he creates a new suit. Later, Octavius ​​discovers that in his new body remained the mind of Peter Parker. Otto created an apparatus that, with good fortune, permanently erased Peter Parker from his consciousness. When Auntie Mae was abducted by a vampire named Blackout, Otto, without hesitation, finds the villain, rescues and takes Aunt May away, then Otto tears out Blackout's tooth, threatens not to contact Peter Parker and Aunt May, and leaves the vampire with a sunburn . After a while, Octavius, with his army, Destroys the kingdom of Kingpin and destroys Kingpin himself. Still later, Otto encounters the Scarlet Spider (Kain Parker) and destroys the plans of Jackal and Carion. After all this, the main character kills other superheroes, in the hope of destroying Carion. After the superhero incident, Otto confronts Spider-Man 2099 in "Parker Industries" when the main reactor exploded. The explosion carries Otto in 2099, where Octavius ​​immediately began to steal all the gadgets needed for the portal leading back to his time, creating an artificial intelligence reminiscent of his girlfriend. Unfortunately, the Portal moved Otto to other dimensions, in which the spider people are dead.
So began the "Spider Verse", in which Otto learned that in the future he would again become Peter Parker. When the "Spider Verse" ended, Octavius returned in his time, remembering nothing but an explosion in "Parker Industries".
After Attilan hit New York, Otto fought with a man who had merged with alien technology, and put him in jail. After a while, Octavius, along with Luc Cage and the Living Flash, stops the invasion of the aliens. Then he destroys the Superior Carnage, becomes the Superior Venom and gets rid of the black symbiote.
After all these events, the Green Goblin learns that the Perfect Spiderman is Otto Octavius. The goblin began to threaten Otto, that he would destroy all his acquaintances. After the goblin threat, Octavius has realized and erases himself from the body, restoring control of the body to Peter Parker, who easily defeats the goblin.
