The Most Powerful Version Man of Steel in the Multiverse: Pax Americana Series

Hello!
Today, I present to you a character named Quantum Superman. His real name is Allen Adam, also known as the USAF Captain Allen Adam, Captain Adam, Captain Allen Adam, Captain Allen and Captain Atom. The action takes place on Earth 4. It all started with the fact that Allen became the first military tester of the experimental engine U-235. When the engine exploded, Adam's body was torn apart. Fortunately, the particles of U-235 merged with the mind of the protagonist, which made him think wider. As a result, Allen managed to create an improved copy of his former body and move into it. A few days later, the main character began to restrain his new abilities with drugs and reading comics. And so appeared Quantum Superman. Later, Dr. Rogers (4) and the best scientists in the USA create Captain Allen Adam special protective flight suit.
In 2008, the USAF Captain Allen Adam, creating 3 different columns in 5 seconds by the power of his thoughts, became the leader of a team called Pax Americana. The composition of Pax Americana includes:

  The founders of the Pax Americana team are President Harley (4) and Victor.
  Moving into the past, Captain Allen, reading comics, by chance:
• dissolves a flight suit by the power of thought
• turns several people into stone statues by the power of thought
• disassembles his beloved dog to find out the source of most human emotions, but most of all love
• creates an exact copy of his beloved dog, which does not cause him the same feelings as for the original
  Captain Adam meets a past version of President Harley, named Governor Harley (4). During the conversation, Captain Atom told Harley that he would become US President in 2007. After the conversation, the protagonist informs the Governor about the actions of the previous version of himself, and also asks Harley to recruit her. Later, Allen moves further into the past.
  After moving Adam meets a young version of President Harley and finds out the real cause of Vince Harley's death (4). At the end of the conversation, Quantum Superman inspires young Harley to become Governor. After a few seconds, the USAF Captain Allen Adam moves to January 2015.
  The best scientists in the United States offer Captain Allen Adam to expand the limit of his abilities by moving to an alternative universe using a particle accelerator. He agrees. A few days later, the protagonist becomes a member of the new composition of Pax Americana. The new Pax Americana roster includes:
• Captain Atom
• Blue Beetle II (4)
• Night Shadow II (4)
• Question
• Tiger
  On January 31, 2015, Captain Atom, while inside the particle accelerator, reads the comic strip Multiverse: Ultra Comics. During the reading, Captain Adam learns about the existence of the Multiverse, Earth 33, Ultra (33) and Gentry. After a short conversation with scientists, those activating the particle accelerator move Captain Allen to an unknown Earth.
