• orders the Darkfather and his Pararobins to move to Central City (0) to weaken Mister Miracle (Scot) (0), Superman (Kal-El) (0), Teen Titans (0) and Titans (0) and destroy the Sun (0) by turning it into New Apokolips;
• Sends Bathomet to Atlantis (0) to neutralize the Suicide Squad (0) and Aquaman (Arthur Curry) (0);
• takes the Castle Bat to the center of Gotham (0), after which he orders him to neutralize Nightwing (Dick Grayson) (0) and Batgirl (0);
• gives the order to Bat-Firefly to weaken the Martian Manhunter (0);
• orders Sinestrobat to neutralize Green Lantern (John Stewart) (0);
• orders Bathawk to weaken the Hawkgirl (0);

A week later, the Clown, using a new visor and the power of the creator of the Multiverse, reshapes the planet to fit his design.

Later the King of Terror:

• places rebellious people in the "crisis antennas" that fed Perpetua;
• locks the surviving heroes of Earth 0 into the prison of New Apokolips;
• imprisons most of the villains of Earth 0 in the Hell;
• orders Batmage, Beyonder and B-Rex to find and neutralize Lex Luthor (0);
• erases the heroes of Earth 0 the memory of the capture of this universe;
• becomes the leader of the Dark Council.
