Making a deal with the creator of the Multiverse named Perpetua (Sixth Dimension), the villains invade this universe, after which they lure some local heroes into traps and root them out. The Batman Who Laughs moves Wayne (Castle Bat) to the center of Gotham (0). Coming out of the ground, Castle Bat neutralizes Nightwing (Dick Grayson) (0) and Batgirl (0).
A week later, Bruce (-22), using a new visor and the power of the creator of the Multiverse, reshapes the planet to fit his design.

Thus, the protagonist becomes the ruler of the mainland called Gotham.
