Today, I present to you a character named Batman who laughs. His real name is Bruce Wayne, also known as Batman, Clown and King of Horror. The action takes place on Prime Earth. It all started with the fact that Bruce, having arrived in the city of El Paso, finds Jamie Reyes (prime), also known as the Blue Beetle (prime). Right after that, Wayne attacks him. A fight ensued, as a result of which the Clown, using one of the six betarangs, infects Jamie with his toxin. After the Batman who laughs series, the King of Terror, while in the dungeon of the Hall of Justice (prime), telepathically contacts Reyes. When the Blue Beetle became a Scarab, Batman who laughs told him to find the Commissioner.
