An alternate version of the partner of the smartest man in the universe in the series "Rick and Morty". Part 1
Hello!
Now I'm going to tell you about Morty Smith (C-132).
The action takes place in Dimension C-132. During another argument at the table, Morty's father Jerry says that it's time for him to get a job and stop participating in adventures with grandpa Rick. The latter quickly puts his son-in-law in his place, stating that work is for morons, and reminds him of his own joints. Having brought Jerry to tears, grandpa drags the main character into the garage. Rick asks Morty what the stock exchange is, he makes a fool of himself trying to answer. Grandpa gives the main character a device that predicts the future. With this thing, they can play on the intergalactic exchange, thereby earning more than they can spend in their entire life. Rick explains that it's perfectly legal, and Morty just needs to sign some papers. Grandpa takes care of the rest. During the flight, Morty says that he is completely on Rick's side and asks him to explain how they will become rich. In response, he receives only silence.
They arrive on the planet Snorlab, where grandpa says that he is legally forbidden to be here. The main character declares that he does not like to break the rules and is not going to change. On the way to the intergalactic exchange, they are met by an unknown person in a colored suit. The last one turns out to be Professor Tock, a time detective. Speaking in riddles about time, Tock reminds Rick that he is forbidden to be here. By sending the detective somewhere further, grandpa takes Morty away from the first one. Rick tells the main character to pull out some kind of cord, but he declares that he does not understand what he is talking about. Getting in line, grandpa explains to Morty that he has to go through a quantum DNA scanner to make sure that he registers in the appropriate time line. After that, they will be able to do other things for the sake of the safety and comfort of their home. The main character begins to doubt Rick's plan, believing in the existence of time travel, but he reminds that Morty must besiege Jerry. Grandpa says that there comes a time in every boy's life when he has to fight with his father for dominance. When the main character's turn comes, he passes through the scanner, and later becomes incredibly Rick.
A few days later, having founded the company "Morty & Rick Inc.", both are making an extension to the Smith house for ten million dollars. Drunk on power, Morty belittles Rick, and then fires him. Grandpa tries to put the main character in his place, but he tells his guard Catogami to throw him out of the office. Before leaving, Rick explains to Morty how the thing that predicts the future actually works. It turns out that the device connects their timeline to the one where the stocks they invested in paid off. Every time grandpa uses this toy, it destroys an entire time line. And all this is on the conscience of the main character. A second later, an alarm sounds. Looking out the window, they see the time police. It turns out that Morty's father turned them in to the cops. This is a roundup. While packing up their things, Rick says they need to go to an alternate dimension and start from scratch. Running away, grandpa tells Catogami to activate the combat mode in order to detain the time police. Along the way, the main character apologizes to Rick for the way he treated him. Grandpa forgives Morty and the second's opinion about the first changes. When they are both surrounded by cops, Rick tries to shoot them.
After 12 hours, the main character and grandfather are arrested live.
A few days later, in the Planetary Orbit Sector G-109 Mark II, Morty and Rick appear before the intergalactic court. The judge finds them guilty and sentences them to spend the rest of their lives in the "Clackspire Labyrinth".
During the transportation of the main character, grandfather and other prisoners, the police explain to them where they will now be. Clackspire is a maze of 2 square miles of pure horror, where criminals will spend the rest of their days. The Rick interrupts the cop, trying to find out why there is a pumped-up man among the prisoners.
A second later they are thrown into the maze. They fall into the water. When Morty and grandpa swim out, some kind of monster follows them. Fortunately, both manage to escape.
A few hours later, the main character notices that Rick is wearing ordinary clothes and a flask. It turns out that grandpa built the maze a long time ago, where he made a bunch of hidden panels for himself, and the name of this place is an anagram of "Rick's Place". Rick finds clothes for Morty, too. Having found the storage of expensive space alcohol, grandpa empties it.
Later, Rick clarifies that he did not build a maze, but hidden exits from here. In one of them, the main character and grandfather are being chased by another monster. Fortunately, in the second passage they find a portal home. Frustrated, Rick pushes Morty there.
When the latter is at home, the portal closes. The main character understands that grandpa will not be able to return. When Morty enters the house, someone jumps on his back and knocks him out. The main character wakes up in his bed, bound hand and foot.
Later, another, more aggressive, Morty comes to his room. The latter declares that he is the best version of the main character, and that he will create more and more doubles in order to take over the world.
After 90 days, Rick returns and destroys all the clones and their creator.
Later, Rick tells Morty that he found a dimension where local Rick and Morty swapped places. After opening the portal, both decide to get acquainted with those versions of themselves.
Having moved to that universe, they see how Dumb Rick kills the Genius Morty, beating him to death with a hammer.
Back in Dimension C-132, the main character and grandfather are staring at an empty TV screen with a frightened look.
I hope you will appreciate it.
