Reverse the Polarity (2017)

I haven't really done much in the way of classic Doctor Who, just because I wasn't familiar with it at the time I drew the original New Who caricatures. I'm almost done with classic Who, I just started on the Seventh Doctor. I plan on drawing at least one caricature of all the Doctors; who is your favorite? And why?

I enjoyed Jon Pertwee's tenure a lot, even if (especially because?) "Reverse the polarity of the neutron flow" is complete gibberish. (Neutrons are neutral, no charge equals no polarity.)
