Sumo Wrestlers' Eating Habits
One of the secrets to getting as large as a sumo wrestler is to consume almost nothing throughout the day, then right before eating as much as possible. This usually consists of lots of soup, commonly called chankonabe.
" There are a few rules of thumb to making chankonabe: it has to have a ton of protein (tofu, chicken, fish, beef), and lots of veggies. Everything else – what kind of veggies, broth, meat – is completely up to the cook (or the most senior wrestler). "

I'm going to be the best I can be!
Life is good, let us strive to be good also.
I have always been an artist. My understanding is that most people, if not everyone, produces artistic content fluidly throughout their days.
Whether or not that art is documented, complimented, seen, produced on purpose, posed for, manipulated, cheated stolen or just experienced; most things around you including you are art.
Entrepreneurship is an art form and I will now have voice where it is preferred. I have decided to spend my time working on art and for love not with less focus on working for money.

strong posting, thank you for sharing information about food for sumo sports.
I thought these sumo wrestlers were just big fat people. I did not realize that they are eating healthy foods :)
Good to know this. Cheers! :)
