They are automatic comments. If you use tag introduceyourself, they comment like this. I am here for 2 days, but got those as well :D

You've been here since July 2016 so the tag introduceyourself is not appropriate. Also you use a lot of copy and paste spammy comments on other users posts which will not help you reach your great potential here on Steemit.
