Sneak peak inside the Studio - Working on the "Angels of Peace" Series
...almost 10 o'clock and I am still working. This new series that I have started two weeks ago, is so much fun that it is hard for me to put the brush away. Good that I will meet some friends soon and so be forced out of the studio. If I paint too long, I get weird.
I made a photo of the piece I am currently working on. I decided to give this one a mouth and a nose. I wanted these pieces to stay very abstract but this one told me somehow, to give it some hints of facial features. I still don't know where the 'center of attention' will be in this painting...I have to keep looking for it.
Life...a constant journey to find the right decisions.
Good work and "interventions". Seems like the right choices :D

I used to be able to do that - but in my old age, I slowed down quite a bit. I would even forget to eat all day while working on a project.

I can see why that painting requested a face, WOW! It speaks of mystery, and journeys, and love, and galaxy's and magic! But most cannot hear the words of art that has no face, or mouth (pun intended lol). I would love to see it in full when it's done!
