The Neighborhood is a pocket dimension with holes in it.
It can only be entered through summon or by reading the 44th chapter of Short Legged Cattle by Unknown.
It is a rare book and high on demand.
I came in no possession of the book, I was summoned by The Cone. A people of intellectuals that live off of salvage.
What I gathered before was that the owners of any real copy of the book would end up reporting robberies and lost possessions.
For reasons I can't mention, I was to with-hold any other information on the society of The Cone.

STOPIt's a rare sight so see someone create his orignal universe, not using cheap refferences from others. And you do it not only in stories, but in drawings as well.
I think you are not aware how big this can be. :)
