Avokad merupakan buah yang memberikan banyak manfaat untuk diserap oleh tubuh kita, avokat dapat membuat kulit kita bagus, dapat menyehatkan jantung, mengontrol tekanan darah, dapat meningkatkan kesehatan mata, dan masih banyak manfaat lainnya untuk tubuh kita, maka dari itu sangat perlu kita mengkonsumsi buah yang satu ini teman.
