South African Art!! Part 1

Hey everyone, this weekend we went to Spar to do the usual shopping and was pleasantly surprised to see some awesome Art been on display in the parking lot as well as been auctioned off. I have featured artists like Paul Munro Michael Albertyn and more before today on other blogs. I was lucky enough to see as well as take more pics.

What I love so much about this one and a few others here is it literally looks like a photography yet it is an oil painting a true sign of a genius artist?

These paintings were going for a steal the top one is about 1.6 metres long by around 1.000 high and going for R20 000 which is approximately $1600 a steal at this price the frame alone costs R450 odd.
