Orator declares oneself to the Void, reads the "present" time, producing the Oracle of this divination as a forecast for each watch throughout the day. Each daily kin (plasmatic) aligns with a chakra center, as a gateway or conduit that best conducts frequencies projected by the Galactic Core.
This prayer is held in meditation and is an activation of orator's chakratic centers, in particular to the "present" time.
