Banksy was in England - Dismaland exhibition pictures
I just checked the date, 2 years ago I was lucky enough to see Banksy's Dismaland amusement park down in Weston, and it was one of the best art presentations I have ever been to. So I selected some pictures for you.
There was a huuuuge line waiting, we stranded there for nearly an hour to get in.
We were in. Art everywhere. It was like a f..ked up amusement park. You can see in the pictures. Outside, it was a bit trashy but I could find some gems. It somehow had a feeling, a style. It is something great here in Britain but covered with trash. We bought it. Banksy was the retailer. And Banksy is from Bristol!
I love Banksy. His art is a quite biting social/political commentary. I do wish there was more exposure for some of the other great grafitti artists out there such as Blu, Nychos, Irony etc...
