There are artists that are skilled in bringing out emotion, there are those that can create questions for the audience, and then there are those artists that can create a world so detailed, you feel like you live within it.

Dennis Konstantin is a master of all three - creating pieces that hold the power of creation within them, unraveling secret worlds for us to wander and enjoy.

The inescapable capturing of dark space

Dennis's patterns are so exact that it is hard to tell if it's painted, or if it's coming out of a nebulous rift in space.
While researching, I find myself asking..

"The term “Quantum Realism” defined by Salvador Dali some 40 years ago. He predicted the art of the future as something which will be an exact replication of reality. Rather than just replicating the surface of an object, which will end up in just a 2D-form (an outline and shading – The “Illusion of 3D), the quantumized realism was foreseen as a form of art which will be able to show the constant transformation of matter (the Object)."

These are inspiring words, although I don't understand all of what their saying. I still can draw parallels because the artists emerging today are mapping out consciousness in a remarkable and, dare I say.. accurate manner.
