”Gray Day - Palo Duro Canyon” 16”x20” (#868) oil on linen canvas

I painted these on one trip to the Palo Duro Canyon. All three were on display at the Amarillo Rotary Art Exhibition in 1987 at the Panhandle-Plains Historial Museum in Canyon, Texas.

In this photo, I'm with Mr. and Mrs. Kimbal Warren, standing in front of his paintings at that exhibition. (I'm on the right.)

I see my art as lighting some candles.
