Steemits Got Talent Entry 2 SEASON 2 Week#5

Hello dear friends,
This is my second entry of "Steemits Got Talent Entry SEASON2 Week#5"
It is an oil painting entitled "THE STUPIDITY OF MASS".
The story of the crucifixion is a metaphor to describe the attitude human beings have when they are influend by the wrong people.
If happens that a human being is alone he‘s obliged to think more, because he has not help of others: He must work more, he must be able to defend himself, and know how to organize himself, he becomes creative and ingenious.
When he is protected by the mass, he feels more secure, ‚cause more help is given to him and life becomes easier... but what does the brain do? Some keep on working, others shut it down completely, and to remain part of the group they are willing to do everything.
For this reason I took the crucifixion as an example: people could choose between letting Christ die or the two criminals. They made the wrong decision, as often happens when you think with a group- brain rather with your own brain.
I wanted to paint the characters in the most grotesque way as possible. There are people like monkeys, there's the witch, the corrupt, one piss on the crucifix, and some who have fun throuing the darts.
The only ones who have a different expression are Christ and the Madonna, who is hidden in the painting.......

The face of the Madonna is on the left side in the clouds, in the blue sky.:-)))
The composition of this painting is in the shape of 8, formed by clouds and characters of the scene. The number 8 symbolizes the infinity of this incurable disease: stupidity.
Always talking about composition, I painted a character closer to us that goes in the painting, and the hand with the arrow could even be ours, while the girl with the purple dress next to us looks at us and searchs our contact.
Going towards the bottom I made the atmosphere more and more blurred and greyer.

Ciao cari amici,
questa è la mia seconda entrata di „ Steemits Got Talent Entry SEASON2 Week#5
È un quadro dipinto ad olio intitolato „ LA STUPIDITÀ DELLA MASSA „
La storia della crocifissione è una metafora per descrivere l’attegiamento che l’essere umano ha quando viene trascinato da una compagnia sbagliata.
Succede che quando un‘ essere umano è solo è obbligato a pensare di più, non avendo l‘aiuto da parte degli altri : Deve lavorare di più, deve saper difendersi , e saper organizzarsi, insomma diventa creativo e si ingenia.
Quando invece è protetto dalla massa si sente più sicuro, gli vengono dati più aiuti e la vita diventa più facile… ma il cervello cosa fa? Da alcuni continua a funzionare, altri lo spengono completamente, e per restare parte del gruppo sono disposti a qualsiasi cosa.
Per questo ho preso la crocifissione come esempio : la gente poteva scegliere tra lasciar morire il Cristo oppure i due ladroni. Hanno preso la decisione sbagliata, come spesso succede quando si ragiona con un cervello di gruppo anzichè il proprio.
Ho voluto dipingere i personaggi in modo più grottesco possibile,c‘ è quello che assomiglia ad una scimmia, c‘è la strega, la corrotta, addiritura quello che piscia sulla croce, e alcuni che si divertono a lanciargli pure le freccette.
Gli unici che hanno l’espressione diversa sono il Cristo e la Madonna, la quale sta nascosta nel quadro…..

Il volto della Madonna sta a sinistra tra le nuvole, nel cielo blu.:-)))
La composizione di questo quadro è a forma di 8, formato dalle nuvole e dai personaggi della scena. Il numero 8 simboleggia l’infinità di questa malattia incurabile : la stupidità.
Sempre parlando di composizione, ho fatto in modo che un personaggio più vicino a noi entri nel quadro, e la mano con la freccia potrebbe essere addirittura la nostra, mentre la ragazza con il vestito viola vicino a noi ci guarda e cerca il nostro contatto.
Andando verso il fondo ho reso sempre di più l’atmosfera diventando più sfocata e grigia.
