Yes...tabby cats are one of the best....this ones name is Sebastian. He is quite the companion, a rather different attitude from the females of the species.
If we think of the brain as a muscle....it tends to be lazy....therefore if we are mindful of that we give it a workout from time to time and if we do it often enough...it becomes habit. What does Poirot of the BBC Agatha Christie mystery series like to say...."It is the brain, the little gray cells on which one must rely."
