The deworming pill is not a recommendation its a requirement. An worms are not the only parasites you can get. You might want to invest in a good parasite cleanse at least once a year and more if you travel a lot.
Hehe I never heard it as a requirement. Wouldn't it be something they require at the borders, like with vaccinations, if that was the case?
