I love wedang uwuh. This is traditional Javanese spice drink. It contains clove leaves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, secang wood, and other herbs. It is delicious when served in hot. People said this is actually a kind of royal Javanese drink.

Yes. But it is not tea. It is a kind of herbal drink. The color comes from secang wood which makes water becomes red. You must try it if you come to Java. :-)
