No...had not heard of such a sweet.....is it something you can make at home?
India has several rose flavored sweets that are lovely.

The recipe above is for rose petal jam, which is not exactly what I had in mind, but close enough.
What I had was something like a sweet chutney, like mango chutney, but rather more delicate, and not as chewy as mango.
