RE: My entry for @robyneggs Poetry Dice Challenge 3000 - Week 2
I don't find lunacy deragatory, because that insinuates their is something wrong with it. I find crazy to be an endearing trait in some, a passion that's extra ordinary.
I read about your condition saturday evening, I know my donation was not much, but I hope it helps a little. I reckon your in the states, I feel bad that your country robs from the sick.
I am in Australia. I know that the US has its problems, but they also have specialists clinics for my issues. Both countries have services that put us in a position that could be considered lucky compared to some. I guess it's all relative. Your contribution was beautiful and very significant. I wish to respond to everyone who has helped us.
My current position has me lying flat as much as I can, and tapping away on my phone. I can't do much, just the little bit of steemit hurts from neck to hands, but it is my connection to the world.
I also very much value our exchange and reading your posts.
Keep Steeming. X
I also love madness. I worked for many years as a psych nurse. Psychosis is still fascinating to me. Delusional systems are incredible. They can be highly developed inclusive thinking.
I guess my first instinct is to always respect and protect people with mental illness. Until I got sick I was very passionate about patient advocacy.
