Well that's kind of lazy, we should pretend were whales and blacklist them to save people their upvotes and comments.... lol, you got haiku'd
He is posting to several social platforms simultaneously, so I think he is using some kind of plugin for automatic sharing.
Nothing wrong with reusing content, but he would probably get better results, if he would customize the content slightly for each platform.
