I was very pleased with the original photo so I did some minor editing in photoshop to give it a nice texture and remove some unwanted subjects.

Camera used was a Canon T5 and a screw on macro lens , the original unedited image is right bellow.

Love it. I like the choice to stay pretty close to the original. It reminds me of some kind of ancient calendar or something.
