I set up a random number generator to randomly pick a number.. then the first number that comes up twice wins the raffle!

The number generator results where:
20 - 21 - 13 - 7 - 22 -12 - 10 - 9 - 5 - 15 - 11 - 23 - 2 - 5!!!
