As you might've assumed, it is a branch / tree mirroring image, done with photoshop and no generators or one button push algorithms was involved in this piece whatsoever. It's a picture from our (my daughters) cat Sima..if you click on the artwork you'll see the original picture of the cat. (: Have a good one.

I started that technique (cutting a piece out of the original picture and making it to a thin banner) first here on Steemit, now there is some poetry cats using the same technique. Coinsidence? I doubt it..those are my silent followers. lOl So clicking on a picture and showing a random picture will be the next hype for bitter biters. But it shows how epic and quality the ideas are. And it keeps us continually innovating. The one thing we got they don't is ideas and plenty of it. so let them imitate away, we have plenty where it came from :)

Glad you enjoy, such epic creatures cats are. Those Egyptian pharaohs were smart to domesticate them to keep them around them
Yeah, the Egyptians believed that cats are conduits to the gods and would help them predict the future and guard the living from the denizens of the underworld. They treated them like family members, and after death they were mummified and placed in their own resting places, or in many cases together with their masters. However in the medieval era in Europe it was a very negative time for cats and cat lovers. Pope Gregory IX denounced black cats as being agents of the devil, and Satanic in their origin. That led to a mass extermination of a lot of cats, some of them was even burned alive in search of the devil's spirit. So that tells me one thing about them Popes and their oh so important decisions....up - up with the dope, down with the Pope! lOl
