Watching the Watchers

This is the first conceptual drawing of a future piece I am working on. It is made up of three smart phones or tablets, a web camera and a laptop computer. The camera faces out to the viewer perhaps on top of the display case. Video output is routed to the smartphone in the middle of the scene. The two watchers on either side. One is a black smart phone the other a white one. One should be a Google phone and the other Apple or even better a Amazon phone. These watchers watch each other while the they watch the viewer. The portion of the screen that shows the image of the viewer is blocked by a mirror that can only be seen by another visitor from the side.
The software to be used is Google Hangouts which will broadcast On Air so that anyone can join and watch the performance.

Optionally there is a dock for a viewer to add their phone into the mix, which allows the owner of the phone to join in the watching.

Would you like to help with this piece? Used working smart phones and tablets, even if they have cracked screens, would be helpful. I have a few more ideas that will utilize them.
