Examples: hands in art
One of my art teachers once said that hands are more emotional and complicated than a head. Many artists attached to a head and draw it more often than anything else.
What hands can tell us? At least a story, depict a character or show emotions. The grip is unpredictable, flexible, and any gesture is unique because every time it's changing. I tried to collect here some examples of hands' drawings from old and new masters. I enjoy to study it and come back to these images from time to time. I hope you will find it useful. In the end, I included some of my recent drawings.
I will be happy to get your comments and upvotes. Maybe you also can share here some of your drawing of hands.
