Travel sketches
Hello there!
I'm back again with some more art stuff. This time I've got some sketches that
were made during a short trip I made recently.
this sketch was done at the ancient theater of epidaurus.
This is my favorite sketch done during the trip and it has sparked an idea for another painting (about a ghost fisherman) I want to make.
I also got my son to join me in sketching some fishing boats.
I used my son's felt tip pens to sketch these boats and tried to be quite loose with my mark making.
I love making quick sketches like these when I'm outside and although at times it feels scary and hard
once I've made the first one the others come easily and it's hard to stop.
