12 inventors, 12 artists, 12 scientists could potentially live together on a 100 hectare estate 40 established prototypes will be on display within the core exhibition warehouse

The technologies we develop will be the main income stream the film fan base will be a secondary stream of income

Designing a sustainable civilization for the next 10,000 years will require cultural solutions this is just as important as the technological solutions
