Tagging Turned

A local artist in Ottawa turns tagging into art in his neighborhood. Christopher Griffin is a wonderful Canadian artist and his studio is in downtown Ottawa Canada. Instead of trying to remove tagging, his neighbors and friends will let him turn it into art.
