What a lovely story! I totally understand it, I kept procrastinating as well when it came to starting my YouTube channel and I still have a fear of showing myself on camera. I overcame the fear of using my voice in the videos, but getting in front of the camera.. I don't know yet ;)
Yes I'm so awkward but I started to loosen up and just try to go with it.
