DIGITAL ART - 1 one 3 brushes
One EYE three BRUSHES
People often ask me what brush I use when painting digital, expecting I use something really fancy. It doesn't really matter that much what kind of brush you use actually. It is all about personal preference!
I painted one eye with three different brushes (in Photoshop CS5) to show the difference between them. Not much right?
When painting I prefer using a simple round brush with slightly ragged edges (a bit like a chalk brush) and I blend by using a soft round brush and picking up colors with the eyedropper tool.
Hard round brush
The first brush I used was the hard round brush. This brush is perfect when painting details and when you want crips lines. Blending with it is a bit harder do, but it can definately be done.
Soft round brush
The next brush is the soft round brush. Like I said, this brush is great for blending, but painting details is a bit harder. It can be done if you decrease the brush size though. Overall this brush gives a more soft look.
Chalk brush
The chalk brush is fun to use and gives a more rough look. I still prefer using round brushes though. But that is my personal preference :)
What is your favorite brush?
Here is a little overview

Thank you @johnycrypto glad to hear you like it :D
I currently work with Corel Painter, but PsCs6 also used the round one. The three drawings are fantastic, I can not choose one, I love the 3.
I hope to see you take a step for my blog.
Corel Painter is great software to paint! I'll be sure to check out your blog
