Such pretty shading! Think you need to set up your camera or phone or whatever you're using you just snap every so often. I'd struggle to break just for a progress shot so not surprised you just zoned out XD
I'm also glad to see you still doing your thing :) I have gone to the university last year. I just happened to log into steemit, I'll try to do it more frequently.
Ahhhh,,, paha!!
I have been hearinh that noise for years back home in the UK.
I always thought it was an owl!!
30 years of hearing it... I never knew it was a bloody dove!!
Just look at that cooo..
Cracking coo.
that has made my day.
Cheers art :D

One day I will make a proper camera set up. It's just so much easier to pick up the sketchbook and start drawing.
Beautiful dove ! Love the composition and the shading is so lovely <3 The different shades of grey on the bird's head is super pretty <3
Thanks, with your skills I always enjoy your feedback.
So nice dove! Here there are few doves, but I love this kind of bird :)
This year, I think it official became my favorite bird, a step above the humming bird even.
Gorgeous as always, dove is such a peaceful animal. The contrast of its sereness and treacherous thorny roses is very much to my liking.
OMG!!!! I miss you. Where you been guy?

Super wonderful :D
You just can't beat a good ol coo.
I am not so familiar with doves.
Do they coo like a pigeon or have they their own style of coo?
I wish I could coo. I would love to order the thursday special down my local,, trading coo's with the barman.
As always, splendid drawing and lovely story.
Cheers Art.
Cooooooooooooe :D
They seem to be able to coo like normal pigeons. But their call sounds like this
I find the one outside are slightly deeper sounding like the "whoos" owls make. Longer calls and a little more spaced out.
