Dark Side of APSU - Sculpture (10 different views)
Hello Everyone!! I just finished this sculpture of @apsu for "Draw, paint or otherwise create apsu" contest. So Here is my entry of Apsu as a killer lol :D I hope you will like him :D

The mesh was quite high density so couldn't get the decent pose. Posing took a lot of my time. Still so many things to fix but competition is about to over so fixing errors is for some other day now ;((.
Its 3:00 Am here so I am gonna leave now. I will add more info to this post.

I made this with the help of two software programs Sculptris and Zbrush. It was not needed though but I was more comfortable with Sculptris so I sculpted the body in Sculptris (Biggest mistake) then imported the mesh into Zbrush.
I didn't have the low subdivisions level (because of Sculptris import) So, Posing took my time. There are a lot of things that I can fix but it is not bad for a sculpture.
I modeled a basic knife in 3dsmax and imported the *.obj file as subtool in zbrush. So its three software but Knife hardly took 5 mins.

haha, yeah with a strong core and metallic body so noone can stab him. ;D
I think it is perfect, it is amazing what one could accomplish if they put their mind to it. You are a beginner right? Now it makes me wonder how the pro work looks like :)
Thanks for your nice comment greenrun :)) Glad you like it. Yeah, I can say that I am a beginner now. However I have sculpted 3 heads before and this one is the first sculpture with torso and hands (couldnt work the legs as the dead line was near). This is not bad though but I want my characters to look more natural. I will be working on another sculpture soon :D Lets see how it turns out ;))
