Ink Drawing Tenya Iida
Hello fellow steemians! :) I hope all is well in your world and that your week has been off to a great start. Today I'm uploading a drawing of Tenya Iida that I did from My Hero Academia. After not being able to draw for a few days, tackling this piece was tough. Glasses on the face are tough for me to draw. Thankfully, I got past it and finished the drawing. I drew a black box around him because I wanted to see what it would look like. I was going to do the whole background black but changed my mind in the end.

I find it interesting that you can start from a blank page and make it suddenly appear into a character.
Well done and I like the black box you drew around him. I think it creates an atmosphere and it enunciates it nicely.

It shows buddy, I have done a few enlargement paintings using a grid structure for accuracy but never freehand like this 👍

Naw that was several years ago now far before landing on Steem. Since moving into our current place I have lost the space needed to storage of stuff... been meaning for a long while to start getting back into it with water colour pencils or something a little less messy 😅 been enjoying doing digital art actually.... not posting much of that either lmao... call me shy

Yes, you have the talent. Just find the company that will need your skills, possibly online. Marketing is almost harder than drawing and art.The business side is the hard part. Promoting, advertising, and looking for clients to hire you as another skill altogether, but if you find an agent that may help. However agents take commission so don't be taken advantage of. Become your own agent ideally.
For the past year and a half, I’ve been figuring out ways to earn income from my artwork. I’ve really surprised myself with how much I’ve earned without actually selling any artwork. I’m learning that some of the best ways for me to earn, don’t involve me selling any actual artwork. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ll still be selling my artwork. The fact that I can earn without doing so though, just adds more streams of revenue from my artwork. Thank you for believing in me and I really appreciate it.🙌😃

I've stopped drawing some time ago as I lost my feeling for it. It slowly started to leave me as when I drew, I didn't know how to finish it anymore. I eventually gave it up. I did all sorts of things, faces, anime, some dark things, trees, flowers etc. I think it use to be my getaway thing as I listened to music.
