Neji Hyuga Drawing From Naruto Shippuden
Here's a picture of Neji that I drew from Naruto Shippuden. As a shinobi, I thought he was a very talented. I love watching his byakugan in action. His byakugan gives him an almost 360-degree field of vision. He does have a very tiny blind spot that he's totally aware of.
The reason he has the byakugan is because it's a bloodline trait that's passed down in his clan. They're know as the Hyuga clan. Take a look at the anime and see Neji in action. I've only mentioned one of the many things he can do.
