I don´t like that , and don´t know what this should be for, it only cuts author rewards and doesn´t do anything good to steemit. Think if this will go on, people will migrate to other platforms ready to launch....and steemit will die eventually. Think the most authors here posting good content want to have that rewarded...it´s the reason we all try to deliver good content.....and to improve.......spam downvoting will destroy steemit....this is not an experiment, this seems to be heavy manipulation....
