Different fruits smoothies
Today we have a very amazing Mango Yogurt Smoothie!
Makes 1 to 2 servings, depending on portion size.
1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into a few chunks
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
1 cup whole-milk yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
Pinch of cardamom (optional)
Mint, to garnish
Blend all ingredients except for the mint in a blender until very smooth and frothy. Taste and add sweetener if desired (I don't). Garnish with mint and drink immediately while still very cold!
Super Healthy Fruit Smoothie!
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
4 large fresh strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup pomegranate juice
1/3 cup mango juice
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 (6 ounce) container plain Greek-style yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced

1 cup orange juice $
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat or nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
