Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry is an amazing movie that will please all fans of anime and manga Hiro Mashima. This one is plagued of many of the elements that have characterized the original work and that turned it into one of the most popular Japanese series of the present time. It's Fairy Tail at its best (no matter how funny it sounds).

Unfortunately, the tape is not perfect and shows that we notice in that loyalty that keeps the work on which it is based since it even sins of the same defects that have depleted its other counterparts. Likewise, his strong inclination to turn it into a production for a certain audience makes it something that, hardly, can be enjoyed by everyone equally.

If you are one of the millions of Fairy Tail fans like me then be assured that Dragon Cry will fascinate you. If, on the other hand, this is not your case, I would suggest that you not see it until you have submerged yourself more in its universe, not so much because it is incomprehensible but because, ultimately, you will enjoy it more if you know even a little its context
