Clean - Unclean

The vagina is self-cleansing
Like the eye.

The soul is self-cleansing,
Perpetually clean.

It's wounds that need cleansing.

Pull out gravel,
Spray off mud,
Wash,
Dry,
Bandage,
Wait.

If infection has set in then
Burn,
Lance,
Poison,
Do battle.

Infection is a foreign invader like
Religion,
Culture,
False ideas and information.

It's not us.
You and I are perpetually clean
Like the wombs that we came out of,
Like clear eyes that see.
