Delineate the entire drawing with extra fine marker and black ballpoint pen, with the ballpoint pen I make shadows and details to have a cleaner and more defined finish.
Third step
Apply light paint to the cold blue color so that when colored in different shades simulating the water then degrading with several shades of blue, the turtle apply apple green and dark green and turquoise, then the jellyfish in pink, and the oyster in purple blue and turquoise as well as the tail of the mermaid and details, the pearl was with several pink tones, the eyes of the mermaid are turquoise, skin color pink lips, hair is fuchsia and dark pink and black nails.
