Lantern Painting - A Perfect End To Your Day

This is a watercolor painting I did for today's post.

It is a recreation of an image which i saw in the PAPER app.

And why I made this painting was because I felt the light in the lantern at the end of the day seemed like a hope. A perfect soothing light in the dusk which calms your soul.
