Fresh Palettes!
Just breaking out from the usual and trying some really odd colors today, obviously felt like trying something new since is is a “new year” hehe. I used staedtler pencils for these two illustrations on a fresh sketchbook. I am thinking of using this sketchbook only for portrait practices.
I already have an idea for the cover page but the idea is such that it can only be done once all of the pages are finished. The pages are extremely thin and delicate, in fact so thin that I could see the black color of the cover through them 🤣 Anyway I am uber excited for this and the many portraits to come!
