Mask (drawing on the train)
Another day on the train another drawing. (back in 2011). Here is another distorted smug face.
9x12" Pen on thin paper.
Over time I definitely gained some experience points with having a steady hand. I look at drawing on the train as a strategic way to have discipline in hand movements. In this drawing I can see that the eye of circles was the most painful part. But it came out pretty well, as far as trying to not have the repeated circle lines touching each other. If you look closely they do touch in a couple spots.
